Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is a critically-acclaimed, award-winning Nigerian writer, who is featured in your anthology. 

 Did you know that her famous TED talk 'We Should All Be Feminists' was sampled into a hit Beyoncé song?

Identify the barriers to feminism that are prevalent in:
 A) The West
 B) Developing countries such as Sri Lanka

Identify some of the key feminist events of contemporary times- for example, the #MeToo movement. 

Write a discursive essay answering the first two points you discussed above.
